03.22.09 CUT falls short of finals at Centex with a loss to Harvard.
The team arrived in Austin midday Tuesday after a long 18ish hour car ride. We hopped straight from the car to the fields to stretch our legs out with our first practice, and though it was sloppy and slow, all were excited about the 2-a-days to come leading up to the tournament. 03.08.09 CUT looses to Florida in finals of The Stanford Invite.
The Stanford Invite has not traditionally been Carleton’s best tournament with early exits the last few years. So when the team heard that come 9th weekend we would be missing some key players, those playing realized a high percentage of the workload would be on their shoulders.
