This form symbolizes a mountain and teaches how to move rapidly when it is necessary and to stop suddenly, like a rock. Apply
this concept to sparring to eliminate superfluous motions that waste energy. The principle is that one should not act hastily to
achieve our goals, we must know when to forge ahead and when to stop and rest.
- Move left foot to "B" (cat stance) with right palm-heel block.
- Right foot front kick to "B", return right foot to left cat stance with left inside block.
- Move right foot to "C" (cat stance) with left palm-heel block.
- Left foot front kick to "C", return left foot to right cat stance with right inside block.
- Move left foot to "H" (back stance) with left knife hand low block and right knife hand guarding block.
- Slide right foot to "H" (back stance) with right knife hand low block and left knife hand guarding block.
- Move left foot to "D" (cat stance) with right palm-heel block and right back-fist-snap-punch to the face.
- Move right foot to "E" (cat stance) with left palm-heel block and left back-fist-snap-punch to the face.
- Turn to "H". sliding left foot into Chunbee, cover left fist with right hand at chin level in front of body.
- Move left foot to "H" (Apkoobi) with double scissor block.
- Move right foot to "H" (Apkoobi) with double scissor block.
- Move left foot 270° to "G" (Apkoobi) with spread middle block.
- Right knee kick to "G" (right cross stance) with double fist middle punch, palms up.
- Slide left foot back (Apkoobi) with low x-block facing "G".
- Move right foot to "F" (Apkoobi) with double hand spread block.
- Left knee kick to "F" (left cross stance) with double fist middle punch, palms up.
- Slide right foot back into left Apkoobi with low x-block facing "F".
- Move left foot to "A" (Apseogi) with left back fist strike to temple.
- Right foot crescent kick to "A" (hitting hand), step forward into Kimarsae, facing "C", face pointing to "A", with right
elbow strike (hitting hand).
- Move left foot to "A" (right Apseogi) with right back fist strike to temple.
- Left foot crescent kick to "A" (hitting hand), step forward into Kimarsae, body facing "B", face pointing to "A", with left
elbow strike (hitting hand) and left knife hand block.
- Move right foot to "A" into Kimarsae with right side punch (with KiHarp).
