  1. Move left foot to "B" (Apseogi) with left low block.
  2. Right leg front kick to "B" (Apseogi) with right punch.
  3. Move right leg 180° to "C" (Apseogi) with right low block.
  4. Left leg front kick to "C" (Apseogi) with left punch.
  5. Move left leg 90° to "H" (Apseogi) with left low block.
  6. Right leg front kick to "H" (Apseogi) with right puch.
  7. Move right leg 180° to "A" (Apseogi) with right low block.
  8. Left leg front kick to "A" (Apseogi) with left punch.
  9. Move left leg 90° to "C" (Apseogi) with left low block followed by right inside body block.
  10. Right leg side kick to "C" (right back stance) with right knife hand strike.
  11. Move right leg 180° to "B" (Apseogi) with right low block followed by left inside body block.
  12. Left leg side kick to "B" (left back stance) with left knife hand strike.
  13. Move left leg 90° to "A" with left low block followed by right inside body block.
  14. Right leg side kick to "A" (right back stance) with right knife hand strike.
  15. Move right leg 180° to "H" (Apseogi) with right low block followed by left inside body block.
  16. Left leg side kick to "H" (left back stance) with left knife hand strike.
  17. Step forward to "H" with right leg (Apseogi) with right rising block followed by left reverse punch.
  18. Step back to "A" with right leg (Apseogi) with left rising block followed by right reverse punch. Step back to "A" with left leg (Apseogi) with right rising block followed by left reverse punch (with KiHarp).
