The Lens Magazine is Carleton College's interdisciplinary, student-run magazine that features the work of over eighty-five Carleton students in bi-annual issues.

Each issue of The Lens has an overriding theme and features articles that are of interest to undergraduate students and faculty at colleges and universities nationally.

Subscriptions to TheLens play an important role in sustaining the magazine. They also extend the reach of TheLens well beyond the borders of Northfield. Your support sustains a magazine run exclusively by students and ensures continuation of the highest standards in quality.

The Lens is an interdisciplinary, student-run magazine that features the work of over 85 Carleton students in bi-annual issues. It is a "living internship" that provides hands-on experience in entrepeneurship and magazine production. It is also a learning tool that sparks active, importantr discussion on campus, online, and beyond.

The Lens seeks proposals for articles in the general fields of politics and culture. We encourage creativity in choosing topics in these areas. Proposals are open to everyone, although Carleton students will serve as the main source of writers.
