Left Saturday morning at 8:45, 1 hour drive to Frontenac State Park. Mounted up on the bikes and biked 60+ miles Saturday; refer to book "Short Bike Rides in MN" in CANOE library for precise routes. Great weather.

Camped at Frontenac Saturday night. Biked Red Wing => Welch and back on the Cannon Valley Trail Sunday, 20 miles, then back to Carleton.

A great route would be out of Red Wing on CR1, then right on CR7 til it hits the Cannon Valley Trail, then back to Red Wing on the Trail. Should have done it...
