Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan classes will be held twice weekly. The schedule for winter term 2006 has yet to be determined, but will be posted as soon as it is available.
A normal class runs about one hour and consists of a warm-up, basic exercises, and others drills and techniques selected by the instructor. Different classes often emphasize different aspects of training, but students must attend classes regularly in order to comprehend the material. Missing classes will hamper a student's progress; especially those students who expect to test for rank.
Classes are a workout, and are often physically intensive. If you wish to train, but have any kind of injury or disability, please speak to the instructor before class if at all possible. If you are not able to reach the instructor before class, make certain to let him or her know before you start working out. If you feel you are unable to participate in a specific exercise, you will be allowed to observe.
