Report on CUT 10, March 8, 2008

13 teams competed in CUT 10, the tenth annual Carleton Undergraduate Tournament, held on Saturday, March 8, 2008. For this tournament using NAQT novice-level questions, various criteria were used to limit certain schools/players to competing as two-person teams, while novices and some others were allowed to compete as foursomes.

Drake's Brendan Byrne won this playing solo, decisively defeating a duo of Eden Prairie High School alumni, Minnesota's Gautam Kandikar and Carnegie Mellon's Trevor Davis, in a single game final, 555-160.

Final results for all teams:

1. 9-2 Drake A (Brendan Byrne)
2. 8-3 Eden Prairie Alumni (Trevor Davis, Gautam Kandikar)
