Report on CUT 9, March 3, 2007

17 teams competed in CUT 9, the ninth annual Carleton Undergraduate Tournament, held on Saturday, March 3, 2007. For this tournament using NAQT novice-level questions, various criteria were used to limit certain schools/players to competing as two-person teams, while novices and some others were allowed to compete as foursomes.

Carleton's Pat Hope won this playing solo, going 16-0 in the full round robin. Pat thus becomes the first three-time CUT champion, and the first solo player to win.
